Locked Connecting and receiving call of Android phone from Keypad phone

Hi friends I want to ask that is there any way ,so that we can connect the call of an Android mobile set means, if a person calls in My android phone I can receive call from a keypad phone since the network bands of Android phones are weaker as compared to a Keypad phone.
Note:I am not talking about diverting a call to another sim or mobile number
Is it possible to have 2 copies of sim ?? AFAIK it isn't, since call details can be obtained from accounts.
Is there any Application for this since a keypad phone will require a SIM for the network
There were cordless phones for a Telephone but they were for fixed permanent lines etc like that,tq

In my country is not possible, as it will be difficult to get both working on the same network. I already asked my provider that too.
In your case, I would just divert the number to the keypad. make it ring say 3-4 times on the phone and automatically divert to the other number. or vice versa
