Locked Damaged mp4 help

I downloaded some mp4 from youtube and a few of them are damaged.
Some are scrambled and others stop before the end.
I tried many free software, even VLC but nothing worked.
Any software i can find here that could solve my problem ?

VLC should be able to fix it
check disk for disk health, might be file corruption
also it might be signs that the drive is failing or will die soon

Why don't you look at the Download Managers section?

You need a better you tube downloader program. Personally i been using (Any Video Downloader Pro ) you can find it here. i had the same issues before with a different program.
one more thing check your setting when using the program and set it to mp4, which it will need to be converted to mp4 once the file has been downloaded the program will do it automatically.
