As I wrote above, this is the latest AMD chipset driver 5.08.02.027. There is no newer one and an older driver amd_chipset_software_5.05.16.529 does not work either. So far the drivers have worked with every new installation.
Since I have no hardware changes and other new installations such as FBConan, Ghost Spectre and Phrankie work, the error seems to be somewhere else.

I'll try AMD Cleanup Utility.
If that doesn't work either, I'll just restore my last backup of Phrankie. Thanks for your effort.

No need to reset anything, just choose your settings at startisback and after a restart it will apply

its like that here too...
only one build i didnt remove it....
enteprise edition build is untouched in full...

Thank you! Is there any way to restore JUST that part in your builds? I love your builds and want to use just that... everything is perfect... would love if there's a way to just re-instate the recovery bit after installing your build?

Try ...any live cd...or live pe windows...from there u can try to use recovery options..they serve for that...not sure what to use..maybe gandalf pe windows...or that too old...not sure what guys use today for that..but im sure there is live windows isos...if u cant find it..comment will link u

Oh...when i say updatable..i mean it will run some updates..but will for sure not run ALL updates...it is just not possible...coz it cant update stuff what is gone...special there i mean...stuff like defender or recovery...so..u will not be able to update to new version..thats for sure..

And dont push update to work...if it is not update...let it be...if u push it ( try to manual install update) it can brake ur system...and u can lose all tweaks made to a build...be cerfule with updates!!!

Thats why i like to remove updates option in full...but hate when u cant install lang. pack...pffff....stupid microsoft...
