I just completed installing

yup i tried all the the builds of 19h1 on this Forum of Hawkeye and Tomecar, Psiphon Portable works on all their builds....
But on ur build its doesn't connect...
Kindly Check its not the microsoft issue... its a service tweak u made tht is y psiphon is not working in your builds !!!

Yup i found the solution enable firewall i have made an tweak . I have disabled it in settings because to avoid some issues if you are in need please enable it

Yup i thinks so Psiphon you can red the tweaks and services if not so i have given the same services or else let me do me do my best in next os

It is due to unattended installation dude am sorry i made for reducing the installation time

coz this option is not working
