I only have one issue > From any office app (e.g., word, PowerPoint) clicking Sign In yields a blank white window with just a little copyright Microsoft 2020 and a non-functional Privacy & Cookies link at the bottom, and an X in the upper-right that closes it. Also for the Java update window I have the same issue.

is there something I can do to solve it?

Edit: I believe this issue is related to Internet Explorer and TLS. Still trying to figure out how to enable Internet Explorer to get TLS activated somehow.

you have to download and install IE again if you believe IE is the issue, because I have remove it
