Hello Jerry, I hope you are doing well. I am very fond of lite builds.
I tried this, and damn....I loved it.....I used latest SAM Drivers 22.9 for missing drivers....
Wi-Fi got disabled automatically after restart (I tried enabling it but it did not work) and Bluetooth driver install error... !!
I also tried installing drivers downloaded from Asus Website but no luck.
I have Asus-F570Z

If you check the description you will see that bluetooth is gone
As for wi-fi try to enable the service
To do this, login to the computer as an administrator.

1. Open task manager, click services
2. Locate WLAN AutoConfig service, double click on it to open its properties window.
3. Under General tab, change the Startup type to Automatic and click Start button.
4. Click Apply and then ok.
5. Restart your pc

Windows store is gone try to install it with DISM++ or by downloading straight from microsoft you might be lucky.
If windows features are not in the description then its not removed.

Hello ! I have got some serious problem with my PC (Asus Z170 Pro Gaming) after I Update drivers form DriverHUB and Iobit Driver Booster. Don't use any driver updater without manufactures provided Motherboard CD. If you done it so, Plz reinstall windows and don't update drivers from 3rd party websites. If you don't update, May be this OS Built not suitable for your PC.... All the Best...

Search option is gone
As for the second question the only I can say is that many services are disabled so you want have a problem
Always you can run it in VM and make up your mind

Have you installed the latest drivers?

Try this
1. Click Start. In the Start Search box type "devmgmt.msc" and press Enter.
2. Expand "Network Adapters", double-click on the entry of the wireless network device.
3. Click the tab "Driver", click "Uninstall".
4. Click Start. In the Start Search box type "appwiz.cpl" and press Enter.
5. Remove the entries related to the wireless network adapter.
Then reinstall the driver from your manufacture site.

during a clean install, the OS didn't keep the changes you mentioned, I think the original OS settings installed (before customizing)
