Hello everyone!

I don't expect answers for such an obscure software, but I would be very grateful if you helped me. Now I have both prism 8 and 9 installed on my computer. Prism 8 was installed with a similar Medicines 3 years ago and it works fine, but now when I got Prism 9 I can't activate it. When I first open the program I get prompted with "your subscription expired in 2021" and I have options for renewal, to buy, to extend and to enter new activation code.
If I follow all the instructions provided I can use the software only until I close it. If I try to reopen it will still prompt me with "your subscription expired in 2021", no matter what Medicines I used.
I tried this with and without internet during multiple reintalls. I also cleared registry of any traces of prism following their tutorial, but still no succes.

Does anyone know the problem? Does GraphPad keep a secret record on my computer that tells them that I used the trial, even without internet?
