Hello Gentleman, does anyone have the most up-to-date nulled version with decompiler of Hex-Rays IDA Pro 8.X+ IDA available, I've scoured the internet and I believe this is the best place to look?

Not a single public place is sharing v8. The best you can get is v7.7. The constantly updating defenses make it not worth the effort.
For most the freeware alternatives work just as good.
