Assuming you haven't written to the disk you deleted it should be fairly simple.

Type select disk x (replace x with the number of the storage device with the missing partition).
Type list volume and press Enter to list all volumes on the selected storage device.
Type select volume x (replace x with the number of the missing partition).
Type assign letter=Z to assign the specified drive letter to the missing partition (you can choose any drive letter that’s not already assigned to a device or drive).

You should now see the missing partition listed alongside your other drives.

We used a third party data recovery program which I'm pretty sure many are here on site for download.
Using it is pretty straightforward. We've used this for data recovery method before and works great. Here's the steps we took:
Recover Data Removed by Diskpart Clean
  1. Run recovery software. ...
  2. Scan the DiskPart deleted or removed Files. ...
  3. Recover the DiskPart Deleted or Removed Files.
  4. done (hopefully)
Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Hello @MniawY,
Consider trying - Hetman Partition Recovery 3.1 @Mr. Spacely has got it for us, the discription specify that it can recover deleted partitions.
Please let us know how it went.

You are lucky in your misfortune. If you did that on the SSD... all data would be wiped forever. What our friends said above , is mostly right.

Making sure you do ZERO writes on the disk with any other software or examine with windows:

Either a live cd like hiren etc and use recovery tools, or any live (as in boots from a usb) partition recovery software will help you.
If after the partition recovery, data arent there, use any known undelete software (most do the same thing anyway so it doesnt matter)

Nothing much else it can be done, just pray for the best and slow steps, making sure you double check on what you click. If not sure, ask here or google.

Best of luck.

Ok. Now I understand. The disk itself is not initialized, which means windows 10 doesn't recognize it because the partition was removed. There is a way to try to fix this other than re-initializing the partition (which would wipe the data meaning data recovery tools), or you can try to rebuild the MBR. Go to an administrative command prompt and type bootrec /rebuildmbr, then reboot

Cheers.

Cgsecurity's TestDisk is your friend here. A quick google will find the software. Windows and linux versions available.
