I’m glad you fixed it that way. I’m using another pre-activated version (no Medicines) and I also have the pop-up.got the same pop up, but the I download the program from the website and then used the Medicines provided. and no more pop up apprear
Probably you are right. I actually used a very old acount I had once used to purchase that time 1 year tonec. They reverted to be back in a couple of days. Let us wait, and I think you are right.well, this repack here was my last attempt at eliminating that annoying popup, but no go. every repack I use, no matter how recent or how old gives me that warning popup and attempted redirect. frankly, I don't think this is a mistake from tonec at all, this has to be on purpose and I dont think they'll acknowledge it nor fix it
It might come up after every 32-36 hours.got the same pop up, but the I download the program from the website and then used the Medicines provided. and no more pop up apprear
thanks for the updated file

for me, with whatever edition I used (from here, crackingcity, any repacks website, etc....), it came up every 4-5 hours. Frankly, I think this warning window is a combo of some new detection method on tonec's end combined with using IDM on our computers to look for specific registry entries that correspond with what they consider legit IDM editions and "flag" the non-legit ones with that warning popup (whether its from the main IDM executable or a different .exe file combined with other files in there to act as the detection tool). I've been using the following hosts settings below to try and block idm's annoying update popups and that warning came through even thenIt might come up after every 32-36 hours.
I remember, back in 2015, maybe 2016, there were 28 host entries to be blocked, or 32 (cannot recollect the exact number now). However, yes you are right. I am trying to find the hex that corresponds to it, but till the hour I have not yet succeeded. Will keep on tryi9ng, though I am not an expert on these stuffs.for me, with whatever edition I used (from here, crackingcity, any repacks website, etc....), it came up every 4-5 hours. yes i can confirmed, the pop up came back the day after. guess I'll have to wait for more permanent solution. It might come up after every 32-36 hours.
Share here if you can mate. It will be great for others. If you create a post as well, link it here for others to use.By the way there's new version for this patcher/Medicines it's version 17.9.
It's been 12 hour++ and no stupid popup shows up.
That might be an issue if you have the earlier version of IDM still installed. It was fixed by Tonec in the builds. No popus but IDM not workong with Firefox in my case. From Addons menu I installed the extension manually from the IDM folder and everything is ok.
