I have been hacked for about 3 weeks
Have changed passwords and permissions many times
Changed browser to Firefox
So far they are hitting me from home city
from Singapore
from Sweden
and even Kansas

I have blocked these ISPs in my Defender Firewall

They have purchased items all over the internet used my ID and Debit Card
Removed and canceled Debit Card from my bank
I have fought very hard to get refunds for items bought
Just when I thought it was safe to go back in the water My Microsoft Account was Hacked
I add MS Authentication we will see if this helps

I am sick and tired of changing Passwords and trying to remember the new Password

help if you have a suggestion or solution

I'd remove your version of OS and install a different version, So format your HD and install another OS system, I know it's a pain in the A$$ but worth it in the long run. IMO

Just perform a clean format by deleting all your partitions. It's advisable to skip taking any backups unless you are certain no personal data is at risk but make sure that the backups you create are free from any malware. Scan your backup files with antivirus software to ensure you're not carrying the infection over to the newly formatted system. Then proceed with the clean format.

If I were you and Unhackme and Malware byte won't work then I would do a full format (including full HDD). If you want something be sure to backup what you need. Then clean install in a safe environment without internet. Then before you use any of the backups be sure to install a good AV or something then plug your backups and scan your backup device (USB, or portable HDD) them before you use any.

If you don't have any backup drives then do a clean format for you OS partition. Don't open any partition. First thing is install a good AV etc. Then scan your all hard drives before you access any of the partitions.
And like Uncle Mac Said above use Two Factor Authentication to your every account. So no one can't get access to you mobile.
Hope no one is in your mobile already.

My friend had the same problem some years ago, a recurring hack. He got it settled by reinstalling the OS on a brand new SSD.

A backdoor has already been installed in your computer which is how they are able to get back in over and over again. It usually is an exe with an innocent name in one of your non-os partitions. Until you know which file it is and delete it, the hack will continue. OMG

When It gets triggered into action, it gets your firewall bypassed to allow the hacker access. Instead of hunting thru all the files, get a new cheapo SSD, install Windows and see if the hack persists. Do not connect the old drives until confirming this.

Use any decent browser and you'll be fine.

I tried both

and that seems to work (unable to reg

Premium) only tried once)

I also ran Tron v12.0.6 (2023-10-17)

I had to install dotNetFx35setup.ex* Ist

Tron can be a long process but as last resort it seems to solve the problem for me
thanks to all for suggestions/solutions

Best solution: Buy a new SSD and throw away all of your old storage. Start your PC fresh. Your old storage has likely been root kitted and will be very difficult to restore due to the nature of how these work.
Then follow advice from others above with changing how you browse the web.

@Yardfish, I am so sorry to hear about what happened.
The sleaze bags who did that really need to be taught a lesson,
given a taste of their own medicine. There is a few people out there,
that i may or may not know, who'd love to be the one to do it.

Anyway, please don't leave anything that could hurt you in anyway on the
the PC you use to access the internet, You know there is an app you can download to
your phone that allows you to lock your debit/credit cards after each use, but you have to remember
to unlock it when you want to use it or you won't be able to, maybe you can ask your bank about it, well the people who
actually works in the bank.
After taking the advice of all the amazing experts here, I would look into that, only if you want to of course.

again, I am so sorry about what those scum did,

While not extremely beginner-friendly, you could boot from a live USB of a Linux distribution with your Windows system mounted with superuser access. This setup allows you to identify which files, partitions, or drives are problematic and delete those malicious files, directories or programs (assuming you know what you're looking for). It's much easier to remove malware when Windows is mounted as an external drive, compared to attempting the deletion from within the operating system itself.
