It is false positive. All the Medicines keygens loaders etc. usually are detected from the antivirus programs.

I believed it so, but, it was so strong aggressive on deleting them, that made me think twice

I had uploaded and installed version 7.9.10 of this program find it and look at the screenshots. I installed it.
