HELLO TEAMOS-HKRG AWESOME PPL:inlove::h:
i got new pc in the end of 2018 that was fastest pc ive ever got everything was smooooth and all games run perfect +60fps
then i've decided change my windows to latest version till this everything was ok
there was a tool called msi live update to download and install all drivers automatically
i've got notification that msi bios released new update ?
restarted my pc and everything is ruined out???
**AND Now im using latest win 10 latest drivers(used msi live update & driver booster and driver easy) and latest bios everything is up to date,,now im getting sometimes buzzing sound with screen freeze for seconds then evrything back to normal again
here's solutions that i've tried and (it doesn't work)
1-reinstalling other versions of windows 10-8.1-7
2-convert hdd from mbr to gpt and from gpt to mbr
3-formatting hdd
4-resetting bios to default optimization
5-upgrade and downgrade bios version ( i've found 8 versions of bios on msi website )i've tried every single one?
6-reset cmos battery for 10 mins and jbat1 jumper
7-changed my monitor cable dvi to dvi and dvi to hdmi i've tried both
8-checked heat for gpu and cpu and i've changed the cooler and thermal paste for both and everything is ok
9-i also tried some softwares and solutions that posted on youtube... like msi afterburner, hwmonitor, quickcpu, nvidia inspector cpu unpark etc etc etc...
10-main problem is all games 58 fps blurry motions and micro stuttering random fps drops from 58 to 30 or even 0-random highly cpu usage 100% even if i'm doing nothing and background process disabled some games freeze for seconds,,turning off or on adabtive or fast vsync doesnt help too

Ok here's the deal.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO KNOW WHAT WAS THE VERSION OF THE ORIGINAL BIOS FOR B250M GAMING PRO (MS-7A65) cus it wasn't ver 1.0
Try to remember which date you bought the mobo and then revert to the bios with the date earlier and closer to the date you bought it.

Now you learned a hard lesson, never update without reading what the updates do, and also get user opinions about them. Just because something is new, doesn't mean its better. As an example, Windows 1607 LTSB is faster in games than the windows you use (pro 20xx) or even from 19xx and 18xx. You can check it on any test site/youtube and also I'm saying that speaking from personal experience.

Most of the time, new versions of windows and new drivers are meant for new hardware. Is your hardware new? (new as in 1-6 months old) If no and also the update doesn't fix something you need, don't update.

2-convert hdd from mbr to gpt and from gpt to mbr
That has nothing to do with speed. MBR or GPT only gets used once, while you boot. Speed is the same on average.
6-reset cmos battery for 10 mins and jbat1 jumper
That is good only when you want to reset bios to manufacturer defaults and wipe user password.
7-changed my monitor cable dvi to dvi and dvi to hdmi i've tried both
That has zero to do with your problem. Even less than zero...

That being said you may have one or many (or all) of the issues following:
1.You probably downloaded intel fixes for specter, meltdown, CacheOut, and other bugs/security exploit fixes, that Intel CPUs had over the years, to gain an unfair advantage which now that is fixed, slowed down your CPU to its normal speed. That is evident from the micro stuttering (flush cache fixes).
2. Some windows updates are known to cause performance issues especially in demanding apps like games.
3. Maybe wrong settings somewhere in BIOS. Often new bios versions have new settings that can cause this either by being on or off.
4. Windows and game settings. You can tell if a game uses too much CPU and almost no GPU or vice versa.

How to fix it?
1.IF the motherboard and the bios allow (some don't) downgrade to an older version of bios, and... hope for the best. You may need to test a few till you find the right one. As I told you above, compare with the date fo purchase and get the one earlier and closer to that date. Also, in case you reformat, avoid the windows updates that have the CPU microcode fixes. Google to see which are those for the version of windows you plan to install.
2. Try a different version of windows or a 2004 without updating or try to remove the updates you added. You can also do a system restore to a date that the PC was working fine as you said.

As an example of KBs with Intel fixes (and slowdowns)...

And because claims about LTSB being faster without proof are never good... (click to zoom). Keep in mind that this is compared to the 1903 build. 2004 is a bit slower than 1903

Needless to say in your system it wont be the same due to different cards and from game to game it the results will vary, but you get the idea.

...my HDD is the baddest in my components

I dont get something tho. The hard disk is the same before when your PC was fine as it is now that your PC has issues. Hard disks in general affect load times and not FPS since they don't partake in the processing of data, only read and store them, and so I cant see how al the sadden it affects the general glitches, processing, and slowdowns you face unless you meant the small "Freese" which only happens while the system is waiting for data to be loaded but that rare to happen while playing and you would have the same issues in the past too. That is one major reason if why we have loading screens in the games. Sure an SSD or an M.2 will help you have a snappier system, but this doesn't explain the issue you posted unless we understood it wrong.

Either way, if there is nothing more to add, we can close this, I'm sure you will like the LTSB version, not just for gaming but for anything as its one of the fastest versions around, assuming you set them right.

@RA么ED, I also use MB MSI and Intel processor, when I had problems I wrote to the support of both companies and I was able to solve it.
I had the best experience with Intel support, they responded quickly and told me what to do.
MSI took longer to reply to me and their solutions didn't help me.
I think you don't lose anything by writing to them, they are specialists in what they make.
Here we can share many solutions, most of them copied from Google and others from our personal experience, but there is no one better than the manufacturers to give you the exact answer that you need.
I wish you good luck and await your comments.

I would not even talk to MSI. Won,t get a decent answer, and they have ticked me off for the last time. Sent in motherboard twice for repair, said they replaced thew motherboard, went to use it and it was bad. No wasn't my parts, they all worked in the new asus board i bought.
