Is your disk partitioned?
If thats the case merge your disk in one or format all the partitions if you want too
Otherwise install it in a HDD not partitioned

The build is already activated, some times if you have activated your system with a digital license it still is in bios setup.
So if you jump from win 10 to win 11 the digital license it won't match.
Just use one of these Medicines

I usually use WinNTSetup for setting Windows (include mod build). I think don't need build usb boot by RUFUS

Mostly I use poweriso and Ventoy (no need to format your usb)
