Locked Need Assistance

Today i have downloaded macOS Menterey from Apple Store..
And i have Windows Black Spider which is almost 32GB iso.
So please guide me how to upload it here so that all the forum members can use it.
There are no torrent files of these OS...

Windows Black Spider is not allowed here as it was done before and was buggy and awful.

A 32gb Windows is out of the question. More normal Windows 10 &11 is acceptable..

the size of macOS Monterey is almost 5GB
So how can i upload it directly or can i upload the direclt google drive link???
