Locked Need help regarding "Incredibles@75, You have 1 active Hit & Runs"

I am not able to understand "Incredibles@75, You have 1 active Hit & Runs" or "Hit & Runs thing". Can you please explain this? If I get something then I should seed torrent files but according to my knowledge, I seed almost for weeks and sometimes months with default settings of qbit. Still please elaborate where I can improve things If I have gone wrong. Thanks.
