Locked PC Building Sim

I know this is going to look daft, but for the life of me, I do not know the answer. Maybe it is my age. I downloaded the above program, and when I am using it, it say 15 dollers now and then. So the question is " is it costing me in real money to carry on using it or is it just a fun Dollers thing. Sorry if I am a bit vague. Thanks anyway.
