I have tried to open the scanner but it tells me that the wfs.exe file is deleted. Any way to re-enable the functionality?

I had some problems with running games on that build but it turned out the virtual memory was set to 0bytes. This can be easily fixed.

Other than this, this is a great custom OS, there are no other problems and even my fiber networking card installed without any problems.
