Excellent operating system, significantly surpassing the speed of regular operating systems by a factor of 2 or even 3. In response to @1Fardin1's inquiry regarding the comprehensive list of tweaks and adjustments, I too am intrigued and would appreciate access to that list.

Furthermore, subsequent to the installation of pilarios, it has come to my attention that I am encountering difficulties accessing certain websites, such as codeium ( ), and I am unable to reach the sign-in page for cursor ( ). These unexpected issues have arisen and require resolution.

I made an attempt; however, I was unable to trace these problems back to any of my personal configurations.

And again sincere gratitude for generously providing us with this exquisite operating system without any cost.

Update: Installed splitdotos, same issue is happening.

Update 2: the issue is solved for now, I think it was related to my ISP

UPDATE - seems to be another issue as other "lite" builds have the same problem. I have updated all the drivers and still no shutdown. What is odd is the original bloated oem win11 works fine. But it's not tied specifically to this build.

ORIGINAL POST / ISSUE
1st system I tried it on it works well with 2 exceptions. Upon startup, after entering user password I get a message "Preparing Windows" like the first run after a clean install. Upon shutdown or reboot the system seems to power off normally but when it gets to the black screen it just hangs there never restarting or fully shutting down. I may try a fresh install again as it only takes a few minutes. other than that it's fast.

Fantastic OS. Loads quickly and looks great. I just wish I could update it. It won't update through windows update or by manually installing the packs from the catalog.

Here Comes the Hype Train

PilariOs runs On MacBook Pro Early 2011 very well, but to the Finish, is it a Driver Odyssey.
It runs, but no Sound is Working. Maybe there is still a solution to the sound problem?

PilariOs, Driver installing is very hard under MacBookPro, a false driver -- WDF VIOLATION and BlueScreen.
I have fix that, with BootCamp-061-62383 Drivers, Copy the MacHALDriver.sys, in the /System32/Drivers Folder via Linux PartitionMagic.

PilariOs working fine, but only, the Sound not working :/ meehhh

Here the Geekbench5 Results on MacBook Pro 13, Early2011, i5- 2415M @ 2,4GHz, 16GB DDR3 RAM 1600, Intel HD3000 512MB:

PilariOs and NexiumOs beat macOs by far. First in SingleCorePerformance is the new Zorin16.3Pro.
MultiCore Winner are Pilaris & Nexium OS

It would be great if a new Win10 OS like Nexium would come out again, with Microsoft Store,
updates and the ability to add other languages later, like with PilariOs.

Nevertheless, I'm a huge fan of PilariOs.

THANKS TO @PasMater

UPDATE: i have updated the Geekbench Chart

drivers u need to update manual...dont use any tool...sound need to work...work for me at HP laptop home PC and virtualbox...u need to have sound at install process...must be driver ptoblem..
i have solved the Problem, i used the Opencore Lagacypatcher from Ventura... install the Post-Install Process to the EFI Partition and now, finally, i have sound :D
Ohh yeahhh... i use NEXIUM OS, PilariOs with Win11 runs not smooth, driver are not optimized for the MBP.

uhh yeahh... Steps are:
1. install macOs Catalina APFS
2. then make new Partition with DiskTool as FAT
3. Format the FAT partition in NexiumOs and Install
4. don't! don't use Internetconnection before install the BootcampDrivers and update the EFI Partition
5. install the BootCampDrivers from Ver.5, load the Driver in macOs.
6. then reboot!
7. let them install all drivers.
8. then use the OpenCore LegacyPatcher from VenturaBuild, install to EFI C:/
9. Reboot
10. turn InternetConnection on and let install the remaining drivers and updates.

Is the sound not installed, repeat the step 8, after Windows installed the remaining drivers.

11. activate Nexium with BOOST, ReBirth
