You would be wise to save you important files and format/Clean Wipe the HDD
Find a suitable OS's and do a complete install no upgrading please..
Google has many involved solutions but what I gave is all I would consider..

Looks like you need to go to this directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 15\fifasetup and click the fifaconfig.exe and run it as a "ADMIN". It Appears others with the exact same error got it fixed by running as ADMIN.
