adapter is working but windows never open wifi networks. wi-fi service is not starting.

solved. must enable Network store interface service. Then is possible to start wi-fi service and connect to wi-fi

Go to Run (Win key + R), type services.msc and press enter
Search for the service name "Network store interface service", right click and select properties, make sure that startup type is set to Automatic and click on the start button

And after configure "Network store interface" find "Wlan Autoconfig" and press start service. Or reboot PC and this service is after reboot started automatically

WLAN AutoConfig can't be started ( error 1068 ) , I tried changing DependOnService in regedit , no effect , service status still stuck

Thanks. to fix the Wlan Autoconfig problem I also changed the Windows Connection Manager settings.

I have seen around that people recommend using ventoy when rufus isn't working for newer windows editions, maybe try with that

hmm, I found https://www.teamos.xyz/threads/no-images-are-available-with-win10-lite.39073/ while searching
try using poweriso or ventoy, if that doesn't work the iso probably got corrupted as mentioned in the thread
source file provided by @shameera doesn't seem to be the issue since other users have had success installing it
