Locked Slim Build Windows 10 for Tablet PC

Hi,
Im looking for the best and smallest Win10 build for a tablet PC (Lenovo Miix 320)
I have tried about 7 diffrent builds so far and they all have the Onscreen keyboard and other Tablet PC settings removed.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

you just gotta understand moded oses are made specifically for desktop environments!
