Binary Ninja is an interactive disassembler, decompiler, and binary analysis platform for reverse engineers, malware analysts, vulnerability researchers, and software developers that runs on Windows.

But also note that the included Medicines contains a trojan, so it's best that you use the included pre-patched .dll and license (or at least use an application firewall).
For those that have already run the Medicines, check your AppData/Local/Temp folder for folders beginning with Rar*. They contain a batch script named "Skarpskyttes.cmd" that runs an obfuscated PowerShell with the Medicines, and may exfiltrate data to a remote server.

They may be false alarms but, at this time, I'm not sure.
The post from @Alloneword is also worrying.

Did you test this app and its medicine?
If you did, what did you find?

I am tempted to remove this post from the site but I will give you an opportunity to convince me that it is safe before I do that.

This is an activation I copied from another site
I also tried activation on my device

In terms of operation, the program works 100%.

On the one hand check if there is a Trojan
