I can't install it I try many time i burn with rufus on USB

Are you trying to install it in a partioned HDD?
Did you choose the MBR option in rufus?
You can give a try to ventoy

same problem I try Rufus (GPT & MBR) and ventoy also Etcher
Possibly a hardware problem ​

As I said are you trying in a partiotioned HDD?
Can you try in another HDD?

yes I have a partition and I install it on c: I am also in GPT format and I want to stay like that most of the OS installs perfectly; thank you for your reply

You can't install it because your HDD is partitioned that the only issue

Thank you Jerry finally I install it
first I deleted all partition ( not by windows setup I use AOMEI Partition where I found in Hiren CD )
Then install it that is all

I have asked you from the beggining if you are trying to install it in a partitioned HDD

i had a few issues got the error about not installing on hdd with partitions. I then used this OS to remove the partitions and tryed again .....nothing, so i downloaded Sergeidisk and ran it to clear partition again nothing
Up to now i was using Rufus 3.15, tried Ventoy and wow it worked.
Not sure why Ventoy worked where Rufus failed with this OS but im good.

Now just adding the extra few things i want and so happy.
