Locked Whats up with the "Thread Bar"?

Guys/Gals, help me out here. What is going on with the Thread Bar? It's not showing me any "New Threads" except past few minutes or so, then it clears, same with "Last Reply". Its a real bummer to be a contributor to the site and yet not be able to see important material like this. "Popular Threads" and "My Threads" are showing just fine. I dont use a VPN so that shouldnt be an issue, plus I have high enough ranking so no issues there as well. Please help me understand whats going on for the past week. Thanks for all you do

@00Proteus00 It's not you. It's due to notifications being shown to staff and not visible to members while changes are being made to the site. Everything is being shown to you, just spread out. Hopefully it will be back to normal by December first.
