First of all, this particular version is found on certain sites, including the author's main blog with links. Second, this version has become too old (it is more than a year old). Third, you can see what modifications were made and you can try making your own OS, following the steps I specified in the tutorial section. As for the the theme and icon pack, they are available on VirtualCUstomes.net. Don't forget to teach you fishing is better than give you a fish.
