I always do a custom Christmas build for the group. This year is no different.
I found and installed a TON of Christmas wallpapers. Also included 16 Windowblinds Christmas skins.

USERNAME: Santa
PASSWORD: hohoho

Starts with a LIVE Boot PE Environment with AOMEI utilities.
This is a MPB this time around which means NO support.
Use at your own risk. Guaranteed to do nothing more than
take up space on your hard driv.

NOTE: Nothing is removed, BUT, I have ALL telemetry disabled through
Windows Privacy Dashboard. Updates are ALSO blocked through Windows Privacy Dashboard.
EVERYTHING can be re-enabled by opening Windows Privacy Dashboard and clicking what you
want to unblock. I only blocked UPDATES because it screws up the ICONS when there is an
accumulative update, usually once a month. Also included the icon iPack so you can re-install
icons IF it does get wiped out. (located c:\tools)

NOTE: Activated and Medicines included on desktop just in case.

NOTE: Updated through November 9, 2023

NOTE: OS cleaned, optimized, and defragged for better performance and space saving.

NOTE: It takes about 10 seconds for the desktop to completely load after install.
Be Patient and give it time. You next bootups are normal speed.

NOTE: It is possible that a box will popup with an error for WindowBlinds. This is due
to the Medicines applied which prevents it from "phoning home". Just close the error and all
will be well. RARELY pops up, but it is possible.

ok... few things....

1) COULDN'T use imgbb OR lookimg. Neither would load, so used gifyu for images. Double checked and NO shenanigans so should be good

2) Unlike me, but I disabled UPDATES using WPD (windows privacy dashboard). To enable, just open WPD and remove checkmark

3) Microslop has started removing customizations when PC updates now. Icons go bye-bye, hence the reason I disabled updates. Included ICON iPack just in case it DOES get wiped out on ya. Located C:\tools

After seeing the 1st image i need to ask: Are the embedded programs really that outdated? 7zip 18.05 and so on?

yep, some are. However, I keep using these because they were the ones that worked every time with no issues. Its easy enough for the user to upgrade them if they wish. One of the reasons 'my' builds dont break often, is (1) I build a complete OS with nothing removed so other things wont break. (2) The softwares I use are tried and true and are very very stable/solid.

IF you dont like a software, just go into control panel, programs, then remove it. Doesnt get any easier than that.



EDIT: not to mention, I usually only build using LTSB/C so these older apps work just fine.

Healing nicely. lol, latest in an endless line of surgeries. Lower right inguinal hernia repair. Couldnt use the robot due to scar tissue from whipple surgery, so had to do it the old fashioned way, slice and dice!! 3 weeks out now and finally able to move around and get up and active outside again.

In the past I have waited til just before Christmas to release it, then a few years ago I decided to make it in November so that the "early birds" can install and use it when they put their trees and decoration up after Halloween (not me, Im an AFTER thanksgiving guy).
