If you have a genuine windows 10, by right unless modified.....you will not have the option....i have the problem installing on laptops there is no option on windows 11 choose version it automatically install single language and during installation it requires internet to continue and you have to enter microsoft account

If you install Windows with the Internet connection ON. it will prompt you to enter a Microsoft account. Try installing with the internet disabled or unplugged - that way it will offer you the choice of creating a local account if you need one. If you google Changing windows Microsoft logon back to local account you will find ways to change it. Hope that helps.

Hithanks but i installed with internet is disabled , it is always goes to connectiong to wifi , i cannot proceed the installation without connecting to it, there is no option available, until you connect to wifi then microsoft account shows need to sign in, anyway i will try the link you given, thank you
No it is not a Multilanguage iso.. But you can add any language.Hello all
