I kept this lite build fairly full featured this time around, so testers can experience
more of what MS is offering in their new leaked Windows 11 Dev build.​

Kept most MS Apps, Features, and Services intact, including:
Alarms & Clock
Calculator
Calendar
Mail
Paint
Windows Media Player
OneDrive
MS Store
Search Bar
All Default Windows Themes, wallpapers, sounds, cursors, etc.
Microsoft Solitaire Collection
XBOX Apps and Services
Speech
Voice Recognition
Tablet Support
Camera
MS Account
Your Phone
Network Adapter Drivers
And More...


Removed a few things that can be added back like:
Edge Browser
Skype


Also removed a few things that can't, like:
Cortana assistant
Defender
Security Updates
WinRE
WinSXS

Added very little, so users could experience what MS is offering as their stock experience.

Customization would include:
Right click menu additions
Telemetry disabled
Pagefile disabled (can be enabled)
Hibernation Disabled (can be enabled)
Performance Tweaks

Things like network sharing, LAN printer, Smart Card services, Bluetooth, WLAN, Xbox gaming features, should all work fine.

I've Included the following Apps on the Desktop if you want:

**Windows Update Service is Disabled by Default. You will need to enable it to download Apps from the Store, use XBOX GamePass, download language packs, or allow Windows to automatically download and install drivers for your PC.

**To Enable Update service, click Start Button, all apps, Windows Tools, Services, scroll to bottom of list, look for 'Windows Update', double click, or right click it and select properties menu, change startup type from disabled, to manual

Spoiler: My Personal PC Installation Info

I installed this exact build on my laptop, and it worked fine.

The Pre Installation Environment for this build (Windows Setup) is the same as all my other releases, and is based on Windows 10 version 20XX. I had no issues installing this on my new laptop as the primary OS. I disabled TPM in the BIOS, as it was not required. I ran it for a couple days, using it as my daily driver, browsing the internet, playing games, running productivity software, it seemed pretty stable in my testing.

My test laptop for my installation is an HP with an AMD Ryzen 7 5700u cpu, 16GB RAM, and a Samsung 1 TB NVME SSD. All drivers were downloaded from the manufacturer's website, NOT using driver downloader software, and I had no issues running everything I normally ran in Windows 10.

I don't think this 'Dev Leak' build of Windows 11 is better than Windows 10, It's basically Windows 10, with some GUI changes. It uses a few more processes, and a bit more RAM as well, but I did enjoy the fresh look of the Desktop, but didn't like the taskbar.. yet. Performance wise, it's similar to 20XX, but not as good as 19XX, which is still my go to.

I tested it myself, was able to change language without any problems. I downloaded Language pack for Espanol (Spanish) Mexico, then rebooted before applying as main language. After reboot, changed main system language to Espanol, was prompted to Sign Out, Then after signing back in I Rebooted to test it, No hiccups, all gravy.

I'm thinking, maybe you need to make sure the Windows Update Service is set to manual, or automatic, not disabled. Just read my post, there's a note on how to do it. It is set to disabled by default Thanks for checking this lite OS out btw.

Je l'ai testé moi-même, j'ai pu changer de langue sans aucun problème. J'ai téléchargé le pack de langue pour l'espanol (espagnol) Mexique, puis j'ai redémarré avant de postuler comme langue principale. Après le redémarrage, j'ai changé la langue principale du système en Espanol, j'ai été invité à me déconnecter, puis j'ai redémarré pour le tester, pas de hoquet, tout en sauce.

Je pense que vous devez peut-être vous assurer que le service Windows Update est défini sur manuel ou automatique, et non désactivé. Il suffit de lire mon message, il y a une note sur la façon de le faire. Il est désactivé par défaut Merci d'avoir vérifié ce système d'exploitation léger.

HMMMMM Have to say this OS is looking better.. has a much cleaner look.. it looks like its windows 10 backend with a redone interface .. They had a chance to clean it up and speed it up aswell .. so going to be fun to run it though its paces.

Would you believe.. I was up till 5 am last night.. working on builds! (smacks forehead) I was working on a custom 1709 Pro build, then gave up and worked on the latest 21h1 for a few hours.... then couldn't get it poppin' how I wanted.. so.. Decided to start playing with the new Win 11 Dev It works way better than the other 2 were! haha, THANKS Astro .

For those who are going to use this ISO for gaming, here is a warning:
Xbox Game Pass doens't work.

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't remove any apps or services that would be required by it, so I assumed it would work without issue. Maybe it's still a bug in the Dev version of Win 11. (Also, if you haven't already, please try turning on the Windows Update Service and see if it helps)

I personally wanted to test this and see for myself, with Windows update service enabled, XBOX Game Pass updates and launches without issue, and automatically downloads required Gaming Services and installs it from MS Store as well: (see picture below)
