Have you tried looking in this location in the image? in this case it would be located in the windows installer on your thumbdrive

The AV they are using has blacklisted the .exe file which is needed for the installation to procced that's why the Office can't be installed.
Just have a look at quarantine section of your AV and whitelist the .exe file.

no what you see in the screenshots of that one is office 365 which requires a subscription however if you wish to install microsoft office you can do that I'm sure there a re a few versions on the forum just use the search feature in the top right
