Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.2338 is a preview version of the upcoming Windows 11 operating system update that is expected to be released later this year. It is part of the Windows Insider Program, which allows users to test new features and provide feedback to Microsoft before they are officially released to the public.

Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.2338 is one of the two builds that were released to the Beta Channel on September 12, 2023. The other build is 22621.2338, which has the same features but they are turned off by default. Users can switch between the two builds by installing an enablement package that changes the build number and activates or deactivates the new features.

Some of the new features in Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.2338 include:

• A new Focus Session widget as part of a Clock app update that allows users to quickly start and stop focus sessions on their device.
• A change in the Chat app that is now Microsoft Teams - Free, which is pinned by default to the taskbar and can be unpinned like other apps.
• A new option under Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Phone Link to disable Phone Link altogether in Windows 11.
• An ability to uninstall more system apps from the operating system, such as Camera, Photos, People, and Cortana.

Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.2338 also includes several fixes and improvements for various issues related to File Explorer, Taskbar, Settings, Task Manager, Dynamic Lighting, and General.

That is very easy not a problem anymore. However, for the convenience

1. Select Sign-In when asked to create or sign-in to a Microsoft account during setup.
2. Use the email address [email protected].
3. Type any password on the next screen.
4. Windows will display "Oops, something went wrong" on the next screen.
5. Clicking Next opens a screen that allows you to create a local account.
6. You can assign a password to the account, or leave it empty.

note: I didn't disable it coz if I have to... I also not allow other users to sign in their ms account during setup process.

Thanks for the effort man. I just have an issue here. There is no option to chose Keep files and apps at the beginning of the process (greyed out). Only Keep Nothing. I used Rufus latest and tried with and without customization options. My windows is EN-US 22H2. To be honest I faced the same issue with other ISOs of 23h2 and all with this same problem. What could be the reason?
I appreciate any help on this.

Thanks SanMir for getting back to me. I already tried the new one 22631.2428 and same issue. Don't know why it is happening.
