Windows 11 22631.2428 is a build of Windows 11 2023 Update that was released on October 10, 2023 as an enablement package for devices running Windows 11 version 22H2. This update includes many new features and improvements, such as:

• Copilot in Windows (in preview), a feature that allows you to share your PC with another person and control it together.
• A new version of File Explorer with a modern design, a new Gallery view, and support for more file formats.
• A new Windows Backup app that lets you backup your files, settings, credentials, and passwords to the cloud.
• Updates for many of the inbox apps, such as Paint, Photos, Snipping Tool, Clipchamp, and Outlook.
• A new mini communications experience in Microsoft Teams (free), which is pinned by default to the taskbar and lets you chat, call, and meet with your contacts easily.
• A new Phone Link integration with Microsoft Teams (free), which lets you link your Android phone to send and receive SMS messages and share meeting links using your regular phone number.
• A new People experience that helps you find and connect with relevant people on Teams.
• A new Play Together widget in Windows 11 Game Bar powered by Microsoft Teams (free), which lets you see your friends’ videos overlaid on top of your game and join them from any device.
• New text authoring experiences to voice access and new natural voices in Narrator.

This update also fixes some security issues with the operating system.

Note:
This is based on the original ISO of Windows 11. Nothing has been removed or added.
The author only implements the bypass of all the requirements.
This build can be used in all types of installation, the same as the original. Can be used in Dynamic upgrades and Dynamic updates.
When using Rufus, it must be set to standard and nothing else to avoid errors. Make sure you know what you are doing when using Rufus. It is recommended to uncheck all the boxes.

Spoiler: TO BYPASS FORCE ACCOUNT CREATION

1. Select Sign-In when asked to create or sign-in to a Microsoft account during setup.
2. Use the email address [email protected].
3. Type any password on the next screen.
4. Windows will display "Oops, something went wrong" on the next screen.
5. Clicking Next opens a screen that allows you to create a local account.
6. You can assign a password to the account, or leave it empty.

note: I didn't disable it coz if I have to... I also not allow other users to sign in their ms account during setup process.

The minimum official support for drivers is i7-7820x, which is the top end of the i7 7th gen. The requirements in this build have been bypassed, so you can still install it, but you might have to try using the Windows 10 drivers instead or Windows 11 drivers for similar hardware, maybe try the drivers for i7-7820x... should still work but may be a little more unstable.
