Spoiler: BYPASS ACCOUNT FORCE CREATION

1. Select Sign-In when asked to create or sign-in to a Microsoft account during setup.
2. Use the email address [email protected].
3. Type any password on the next screen.
4. Windows will display "Oops, something went wrong" on the next screen.
5. Clicking Next opens a screen that allows you to create a local account.
6. You can assign a password to the account, or leave it empty.

note: I didn't disable it coz if I have to... I also not allowing other users to sign in their ms account during setup process.

how you bypassed MS Account requirement? yesterday i was installing W11 23H2 by @Mr. Spacely but i failed even trying disconnected wifi during installation process but it was asking for MS Account and there is no any other option. please help us or bypass from your build if not yet.

Please use RUFUS tool to create your bootable USB, it lets you choose many options (bypass MS Account requirement included ) .

True, but most of the time Rufus compromise my way of bypassing requirements. But if the user choose the standard installation the better.
