Notes

- I recommend after first boot enable the Pagefile to avoid program crashing and application error.
- Net Framework 3.5 is not installed as default but you can install it manually in setting, apps, optional features.
- If you encountered a problem while using the update functions like installing apps in store, installing language or running windows update
you can use 'Windows Update Blocker' and re enable the update from it.

Yes I use new methods of building which is tested in low version of windows and I tried to update it then it’s successful that’s why I use it in every windows version without removing features or components only some UWP apps

Also it depends on what build one of the factors why the final size comes smaller which is updatable

No I just loaded it, if the change of language is possible it will avoid me to install it in virtual to control.

ohhh dang I just installed your 'Outbreak' build but might have to give this a test drive...

Update: For some reason, I couldn't run Windows Update after fresh install. It's the very first thing I tired to do. Kept getting Download Error.
To fix it, plugged the USB that I installed from back in and ran the following command in elevated cmd prompt:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:D:\sources\install.esd /LimitAccess

Where D:\ is the letter drive of the USB.

Update went smoothly after that was complete and restarted!

Update 2: Soo I had a hunch and reinstalled and the above alone didn't get updates working again lol. Ended up having to do more steps (reset components, remove softwaredistribution folder, run troubleshooter, dism restore a second time). Bit of a pain but you can get update to work. Something must not install properly the first time thru. Wish could give you more detailed order of operations.
