No it is in the settings Win 10 or 11 Apps/Optional features But as i said i don't remember very well if it is there. It maybe not.

Try to unmount the iso then restart pc and turn off temporary your windows Defender and mount the iso again and run the exe file as admin
ive tried it but wont run, defender is off tried other iso apps... same problem
Try other option kabayan like extracting the iso to a folder and run the exe file

No Hyper V and vmware is defferent it won't affect the vmware
