You are doing something wrong, when you choose a win 11 iso you have the option for TPM

Now that my machine is all built and up and running, maybe I will take the plunge and install Windows 11 with this. The Windows 10 versions were flawless and rock solid. Many thanks for sharing this, will download and seed when I get a long enough ethernet cable to plug in, and not use WiFi.

I have installed this release on my PC and made a local account.
And yes, it is pre-activated. I didn't need to activate it separately.
It works fine!!
