So, As far as I know You Can't Change Language of That Windows '' I mean here by changing the language, the interface ''
But if you mean with the language, the keyboard in which you will write, Then I will tell you that you can add any keyboard you like

You can do that but you have to know how.
Its easier to add your language after instead of doing it before, it will take less time, believe me...................

@Jerry_Xristos, I Think in Releases Like That '' en-US only '', Installation Stage Must Still English, Maybe You Can Edit it in a Professional way to Edit The ISO But I Talk About Normal User, The Only ISO(s) For @GENERATION² I See it in Native 'another language' are Those Which Made in Just one Language not English Like That For Example

You are correct, when you see '' en-US only '' the installation language is only english.
If you want to add languages in the iso, so you can have the option to choose the language you want, you can do that, but then we are talking for customization here, which is not aloud.
You have to edit the iso (boot.wim and install.wim)
Maybe I will make a tutorial the next days for all members to know
