I forgot to integrate netframework 4.8, you cant integrate it manually since I cleanup winsxs folder ..

First of all: How exactly do you know that WE the TEAM OS administrators did NOT ask the OS Master (and not an uploader) Phrankie to make an updated 7 OS? If we did shouldn't then be Team OS and Franky? Let alone that it's customary and a form of showing honor and respect to put the site you represent first.
Second: Even if we didn't ask Phrankie to make an OS but the person wanted to add the site name first because it was designed with TEAM OS in mind and not a generic build.. shouldn't again the name be first?
Third: Even if none of the above is true but Phrankie just wanted to honor Team OS and added the Name to the title first, what exactly is your problem? Why do you consider this wrong enough to instruct a person what to do as if you have any right to do so.
Final: If in the future you see such things and you consider them wrong, the correct approach is to either use the report function or submit a ticket. There is no need to derail the thread with irrelevant things...

Also please consider in the future that the level of knowledge in the English language is different for each person. In this case, Phrankie has it right, you understood it wrong.
