Thanks for sharing this system but when I am in the window to select the language to install I click on Spanish and it automatically changes to Russian and that happened with the previous ISO of January 2023 I don't know if there is a problem with the language selection a I wish they could give tips to correct this problem yes, thanks.

this OS is Verry GOod Ive Test It by my self ive created Windows ALL 7,8.1.10.11 with this also ive scan it too by using windows defender and eset endpoint antivirus and this files is virus free

this OS windows 7 contain all Windows 7 but ive edit it to get the windows 7 ultimate x64 for my own project windows all 2023 update march

), when I select Portuguese, the installation advances to the second menu in Arabic.

Did you scroll down to see your language? Maybe it is not supported but i don't think so.
You can install it and download the language pack in the settings for time and language.
Also look at the region format and the time zone.
