Locked Windows 7 Sweet Dream, How can I get this?

Hi, there was a customized version of Windows 7 named "Windows 7 Sweet Dream by Dorin". I saw some pic of this version, & it looks so cool. So I tried to download that w-7 os. But I searched on net & found download links are not working.
So, can anyone tell me any way how can I get this Win-7 sweet dream??
