@h.marpudi and @Charles For some reason unknown to me (I assume a super admin set it) the Bit.ly shortener and I imagine other ones too, are not supported for obvious reasons and so when you check the final version the clickable link disappears and can't be clicked by the server and so you were both right.

I edited the thread and changed the link to point to the GDrive directly, but feel free to make any changes If you choose so.
