Locked windows failed to validate product key

Hey guys. I need some advice and help. Im on windows 11 and last update for me was back in November and I've downloaded the Windows 11 pro Jan update from here and just wanted to load it by just opening the setup from pc without using the bootable drive but am running into an error that " windows failed to validate product key " hence am confused. The last update i did it the same way and it worked and right now its not working well...Ive tried this thread throughly and its not worked and the last time Ive tried its told me its getting a few things ready for the update and then the license error decided to kick in Someone please help me

Ok, there are two reasons why this might be happening.

1. Every Windows 11 build I've posted to date has the completed Windows 11 install.wim file inserted in a Windows 10 ISO in order to achieve a Windows 11 install requirements bypass. The Windows 11 install.wim file is located in the "sources" folder in order for the install requirements bypass to work, so that those with PC's that are not fully compatible with Windows 11 can install / run Windows 11 without issues.

That being said, it's recommended that you run the completed and bypassed Windows 11 as a clean install and install the OS that way.

2. Because the Windows 11 ISO's were created in this way so those with PC's that are not fully compatible with Windows 11 can install / run and use Windows 11 without compatibility issues, provided that you boot into the ISO and run it as a clean install. Running this as an upgrade as you have attempted will not work.

Im a noob as you can see but I tried out the prompt section and went to update and an update just showed up

@Jerry_Xristos Please tell me its just luck or its supposed to work that way

A clean install means that you will loose everything. May GOD Help you...
Back up the files.

Just a quick FYI for you, @Gifted_Dynasty ...

There is no problem with the install ISO and the OS itself. The fault lies in the way you installed it.

Also I include a known working Medicines on the Desktop in a folder named "Activation" in case there are activation issues.
I also include instructions in a txt file named "Read me first" in case there are problems.

Are you trying a clean installation or an upgrade?
If you are trying a clean installation you shouldn't have a problem because @Dark Wolf builds its "No TMP required"
In case you are trying to upgrade before you do that use this Medicines https://www.teamos.xyz/threads/microsoft-activation-scripts-1-7.188675/
and instal a digital license most of the times the digital license is install and on the bios.
After that install the latest windows build

Yes you were right I want to upgrade it to the newer version sir.

Ive tried the same installation and its still hitting the same error. Can I boot it from my bootable harddrive(saw it never worked yesterday)

Choose the extra option (5) and then the choose (4) insert windows HWID key and apply the new key
