@miguelvindasf here's the solution I think go to this location "C:\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy" and look for SearchHost.rar and rename it to Searchhost.exe and restart your PC

Run windows update blocker and re enable it then after try to run again the store

I had the same problem but I fixed it with the following method.

Even though I had internet access via browser and update blocker setting is enabled updates, I still encounter the Download Error 0x80004002 while installing Net Framework 3.5 via Windows Update. What I did then is to search and install the correct OEM network drivers for my PC then retried the install and it works now.
