The store works fine for some app maybe you will need to enable service (read all comments above) or ask @blessedDoes Windows Store work well on it? And does it has Windows Subsystem for Linux ?

Windows Subsystem for Linux should work also. I never touch anything close to it... Always tryin to get fully functional build...
The final stage of install that eventually says "taking longer than usual" needs only patience when I installed for the 2 time 24hrs ago.
Store works fine except for paid games in my experience. There is a workaround for that issue so that you don't have to enable what has been disabled. Pm if you have issues and I'll send you the link to the workaround. It's a little involved though, so be prepared for that.
