• Atomic 11 v2 is based on my current favorite Version, Edition, and Build of Windows.
This release was designed and created to provide a build of Windows that's as small and light
as possible while still retaining the support, features and function most users need.

• This release should be able to do everything my MICRO 11 release can do, the main differences
being this release does Not Include .NET Framework 3.5 (and it cannot be added) or
WLAN adapter drivers (so have your Wi-Fi drivers downloaded and ready before installing)
and uses a minimal Windows Setup. I've installed and tested this release personally on
11th gen Intel and 7th gen AMD Ryzen platforms without issue.

• Metered connection is enabled by default in this build. I highly
recommend leaving it enabled. This means Windows will not automatically
download drivers for your PC, so I recommend downloading drivers directly
from the MFG for your PC instead!

Is there any difference between this Rufus link here (3.16) or the one from the official website (4.4) ?

Great Question! I recommend using the Rufus version linked above (3.16.1836) since all Windows 11 requirements are already bypassed in this release. Newer versions of Rufus include methods to bypass W11 requirements, but they are not needed, since bypass methods are already in place!

Is there any logical reason why didnt you removed Hibernation, Error Reporting and Adds? Just only disabled them?

Making Net Framework 3 unable to install is very bad idea. Many programs are still using it ( for example 3DS Max 10) and this is the main reason why i cant use this OS now.
