EDIT: [working] I have installed the OS on my desktop and laptop. both had the same issue. i have been using my desktop for a while and installed a bunch of games. at some point it started working on my Desktop (checked just now). i dont know how. thankyou for awesome os.

I installed the build 3 days ago. The last one went very easily and without any problems. I am fascinated by FBConan's work. It works very well with older laptops and desktop computers. The weakest configuration was - processor E8600 and 4 gigabytes of Ram. The machine works well and without any complaints. The best with I5 - 4690 and 8 gigabytes of RAM. Simply put - excellent results. It copes with every single software I've used so far. LITE builds from Conan I've tried at least 5-6 builds with 1 or 2 months of steady work. I express my strong affection for his works working without fail. This is my personal opinion and I do not commit anyone to it. Amazing and very good work in every respect, which can be seen from the descriptions he made with photographic material and explanations.

You should be able to do it Settings > Time and Language > Language and Region > Add language.

In the Build Build Information it says:

🔸 Removed Features: Edge, Smart Screen, UWP Apps, Webview & Widgets
🔸 Disabled Features: Defender, BitLocker, Error Reporting, Indexing, UAC, Ads, Telemetry, Hibernation, Power Regulation.
🔸 Performance Priority: This build is designed to maximize performance, responsiveness and resource savings.

The first paragraph reads: "Features Removed" and states what has been removed.
The second paragraph reads: "Disabled features" and it states what is disabled. It also mentions Defender, which in turn means that you can safely activate it and get what you want.
And further up at the beginning, fourth paragraph, this is written:

"• Full-featured, updatable build"

right click on the clock in the bottom right > click on adjust date and time > scroll down to language and region > select regional format and pick your country
