Refines my originally released Ultimate 11 Neon Release, by adding all new 23H2 features, optional Edge and Widgets, Optional Copilot, Gallery, and Home Page, adding additional extras, offering more control over Windows Updates, and includes many new additional optimizations and improvements. Redefining Windows in control, privacy, performance, stability and style.

• If you would like to use Windows Copilot in this release, download and run the enablement package from the link above, and also install the Edge Browser from the included Extras folder on the Desktop (needed for Copilot to function). Then, right click the taskbar and click on 'Copilot (preview)' to make the taskbar icon for Copilot visible, that you can then click to launch Copilot and start using it in this release (see picture below).
