I have something weird. On my laptop I see all control panel icons. When I install this version on my desktop PC, I see NO control panel icons at all. Installed this version 2 times already on my desktop PC, but the control panel icons are still missing.
Somebody any idea?

This screenshot suggests you are a peer and downloading faster than you are uploading. You will "seed" when the download reaches 100%.
Ratio decrease when download is greater than upload is normal.
