I always install Linux, and the EFI system partition, on it's own disk, and don't touch the Windows boot partition. Then set the first boot device to be the linux drive. Grub picks up Windows as an option, provided that the Windows drive wasn't disconnected prior to Grub getting set up.i have not used Linux in 10 years
i have 3 hard drives windows 10 and 11 and now Linux on the 3 third
i hope it works 3 os
but that's not gonna stop me from thanking you and seed you later
many thanx to you all
Unless you are on old bios and efi is broken there, you should not have any sort of issues. I am using this build since the day I posted here.Great, I hope this non-R1 version doesn't show me:
Uncompressed error
System is halted
And Doesn't break my actual Linux dist.
R1 or earlier, both works on old boot. Suggest you turn off secure boot and then try, if not tried yet.Unless you are on old bios and efi is broken there, you should not have any sort of issues. I am using this build since the day I posted here.
What version should I use for legacy BIOS MBR?
I tried R1, but It didn't work.
Between the minor, but even for paid ones major is not upgradeable. They too have to pay and upgrade as new install. Is it Updatable like Actually paid one ?
