What you downloaded is a torrent file. You have to use a torrent client to download the true content of it.
Please read the site rules and the "What is ratio?". It's on the very top of the page.

As @herrscher1st said, to download torrents you will need a bittorrent client. We recommend qBittorrent or uTorrent.

You want original and out of the box??? I have a RH 5.2 cd still with the book that it came with!!!! =o) I had to was perfect opportunity take care and have a good one!!! I'll also check out the link you shared I have been aa debian person for some years and use it all the time on my work laptop but I am always open to trying new things!!!

Every new member is automatically directed to the Site Introduction page. It's been like that for as long as I can remember.
The problem is that, although we can force people to the page, we can't make them read it.
